Hi, I’m Tonya.
Thank you for visiting Letters For Lucas.
I’m a wife, sister, friend and most importantly, a stay-at-home mom to my four year old son, Lucas and dog, Charlie Pasta.
This blog is my outlet, therapy and way of documenting Lucas’ life. I sit down while he is at preschool three days a week, in between naps (which are few and far between these days), loads of laundry, sometimes daily trips to the supermarket and late at night to share my thoughts on the joys and disasters of being a mother.
I also write about the grief and loss over losing both of my parents too soon, my going on three year struggle to have a second child, my coveted “me time” and when I don’t feel like writing, I post a lot of photos.
I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers, but I always write from the heart, tell it like it is and hope that something I put out there will resonate with you. If it does, please let me know! It’s validating and I believe we’re all in this together.
If you have a question or want to share something with me that you’d rather not leave as a comment, please e-mail me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will respond as quickly as I can.
I’m also open to guest posting and appreciate any ideas or suggestions for making Letters For Lucas the best it can be.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks, again for stopping by. I hope you enjoy reading Letters For Lucas as much as I enjoy writing it.
The best is yet to be.
