High Chair Help!

Posted on May 15, 2010 Written by Tonya

We need a high chair!

Currently, we are using the fabulous Chicco 360 Rotating Hook On Chair and have it attached to our kitchen bar, but with as much as you enjoy dropping food on the floor and with all the yummy summer fruit soon to be available and warmer weather, I’d love to get you outside occasionally for meals. Not to mention my desire/fantasy to have a civilized family dinner around the actual dining table.

I still really like the Boon Flair high chair, but I’m also still not willing to fork over $230 for it.

Like with any of this baby crap, there are TOO MANY CHOICES and I need help!! I visited the Web site Wize, which reports on the best and worst products, but I’m sorry “It matches my kitchen perfectly!” is not a review.

Any suggestions out there?

The best is yet to be.

We use the Fisher Price Space Saver, It attaches to a kitchen chair, and so the kids can sit at the table with us. And you could easily move the entire kitchen chair outside with you! I Googled it, and this was the first link that came up. It cost about $50. We have two of them for the twins!

I found this on a U.K. web page. Looks cool!

    Totseat Chocolate Circles
    The Washable Squashable Highchair

We started with the Peg Perego Prima Papa which was good. I used the hose to clean it! I also added a cotton seat protector to cover the plastic seat. It's foldable which is good news. The "Table" can be taken off and you can change the height of the seat. The seat tips backwards too. I don't know what the weight limit is though?

We then used to Bébé Confort woodline seat which transforms into a regular chair over the years. The girls love it as they can use it for their different activities. They are high enough to be able to dine at the same table as us. It does come with a little "table" and a seat cover. It's easy to clean.

That's my experience in high chairs!

Hope you find one that suits you and Lucas. Good luck in your research!

I bought the Chicco Polly Highchair and LOVE it. I did a lot of looking around. The one I have is vinyl so it's easy to wipe down.
